As these are guaranteed entries, there are no refunds or postponing unless the race is cancelled by the organizers. That said, our policy needs to be as such:

• • There is no deferral option, however, you may cancel your package for a credit, but only if we are able to resell your entry package and only if it’s prior to registration closing.

Purchasing applicable insurance (see below) and cancelling for an insurable reason will prevent you from losing your deposit and payments and will cover fees as well.

If you cancel and we can resell your package, the following fees will apply:

• • 15% of what you have paid if cancelling 120 days or more prior to registration closing
  • 25% of what you have paid if cancelling between 14 and 119 days prior to registration closing
  • 50% of what you have paid if cancelling 13 days or les prior to registration closing
  • 100% of what you have paid if cancelling after registration has closed or at any time if we are unable to resell your package.
    The difference between what you paid and the fee listed above will be held as a credit for you for 24 months from the time you made your last payment for this particular package. Credits may only be used for trips/packages listed on our website.
